What gets deleted
- ✕Your profile and all personal information
- ✕Event history (hosted and attended)
- ✕Token balance and transaction history
- ✕Messages and chat history
- ✕Reviews and ratings
30-day grace period
After submitting your request, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During this period you can cancel the deletion by logging into the app. After 30 days, all data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
You can also delete your account directly from the app: Settings → Delete Account.
Submit a deletion request
Enter the e-mail address associated with your account. We will send you a confirmation link to complete the process.
